EMBODIED GARDENS

Embodied Gardens is a site-responsive project initiated by Rhyzome Choreographic School inviting artist Ria Alexandrou to engage with the Municipal garden as a civic and choreographic space, a site that can nurture shared presence and cultivate embodied ways of being in the city. Working on site with the already existing elements of the garden, ephemeral gestures unfold through time, inviting the audience and passersby to explore together these new constellations and materialities.
